BiTeSe is one of the most promising three dimensional topological insulators, for the study of surface states. In this work, we report the results of transport and magneto-transport behavior of BiTeSe ( and 0.10) single crystals grown using modified Bridgeman technique. Resistance versus temperature measurements show semiconducting behavior for x = 0.05 and 0.10 crystals. Linear magnetoresistance is observed for BiTeSe (i.e. ) whereas, BiTeSe () single crystal shows a conductance fluctuations at low magnetic field.
