Steps 1 and 2 depict the fabrication of molding template of concave microlens array using the femtosecond laser irradiations followed by HF acid etching process. Steps 3 and 4 show the replication of convex microlens array on the PMMA film. Steps 5 to 8 show the thermal extrusion process, which transformed the planer PMMA film with microlens array to the hemispherical shape.
