Comparison of the thermal expansion (in °C−1) at 300 °C along the a- and c-axis of congruent LT/LN single crystals, LN/LT thin films, and sapphire substrate. The precision of the thermal expansion is 0.3 × 10−6 °C−1. The expected thermal expansion along c-axis of in-plane strained films, according to Eq. (1).
