X-ray diffraction pattern of an epitaxial D022-Mn3Ge film grown on a SrTiO3 (001) substrate. The inset shows the D022 unit cell of Mn3Ge. Ge (gray) atoms in 2a positions order in a body-centred tetragonal structure, and Mn atoms occupy 2b (yellow) and 4d (red) sites, which couple antiferromagnetically.
