Impedance spectra of Pt/SrTiO3/Pt cell at 200 °C under different dc bias voltages: (a) nobias, (b) no bias, magnification of high-frequency part, (c) 2 V, and (d) 8 V bias. The Pt electrodes (thickness: 200 nm and area: 8 × 8 mm2) were prepared by sputtering Pt on the 10 × 10 mm2 surfaces of the single crystals. The impedance spectroscopy investigations were carried out in oxygen with a 1260 frequency response analyzer, in conjunction with a 1296 dielectric interface (Solartron Instruments, Farnborough, U.K.) at amplitude of 100 mV.
