(a) The mapping of G peak position after irradiation of 9.72 mC/cm2 at 500 eV. The mapping in red (1573.6 cm−1) and blue (1581.1 cm−1) corresponds, respectively, to the red-shifted G peak (i.e., tensile strain) and the blue-shifted G peak (i.e., compressive strain) from the initial G peak position before irradiation (1577.3 cm−1).
