Time dependence of in-plane resonance field Hr with different applied E fields. The FMR was measured immediately after the E field was set from 4 kV/cm to the measuring field. A relaxation of Hr is observed when the ferroelectric domains are switched by applying high enough negative fields. The curve marked with “delay” was measured after setting the E-field to −4 kV/cm and waiting for 10 min.
