7.This value can be estimated from the flashlamp discharge energy and spectral output, the absorption spectrum of and optical coupling between the flashlamp and laser tube. Comparison with a previous actinometric measurement (Ref. 5) of the flashlamp output also indicates that of the would be dissociated by the flashlamp.
