OBSERVATION OF PARAMAGNETIC RESONANCE CENTERS IN GaAs IN UNUSUALLY HIGH CONCENTRATIONS
1.For example, diffusing high concentrations of zinc or copper into the GaAs at 1000 °C to make it low‐resistivity p‐type does not produce the centers. In fact, these diffusions cause the centers to disappear if they have once been produced.
