New Type of Surface Sound Wave in Conducting Crystals
1.Yu. V. Gulyaev, JETP Letters 9, 63 (1969).
2.It may also be a piezoelectric crystal in the following cases: (i) when sound wave propagates in nonpiezoactive direction; (ii) when its frequency is high enough so that the electronlattice interaction via piezoeffect may be neglected in comparison with the interaction via deformation potential; and (iii) the concentration and mobility of electrons are large enough so the electric fields due to the piezoeffect are well screened and so may be neglected.
3.V. I. Pustovoit, Sov. Phys. Usp. 97, 257 (1969).
