12.Additional studies on the temperature dependence of the lifetime for the TbAlCl complex as a function of vapor pressure have resulted in deduced laser cross sections that may require some revision of the original value in Ref. 6. This feature is currently under study at the Argonne National Laboratory by J. A. Caird, W. T. Carnall, J. P. Hessler, and E. J. Peterson (private communication).
