Multilevel YBaCuO flux transformers with high T c SQUIDs: A prototype high T c SQUID magnetometer working at 77 K

Magn. 27, 974 (1991) have reported a lithographically defined coil with zero resistance at 87 K by a transport measurement, however, the reported normal state resistance values for this structure seem too low for the indicated geometry.
5.We recently learned of new results by J. J. Kingston et al. subsequent to ours that have resulted in a functioning magnetometer with a 12 μm linewidth lithographically patterned multiturn coil at 77 K.
