4.Parameters of the fits are and in sample B, and and in sample C, where and are junction capacitances, and are junction resistances, and is the background charge. We can also nicely fit the I–V curve in sample D, but we do not add the fit curve to Fig. 2(d), since the fitting parameters in sample D are unusual, but We find that in sample D the steps in the I–V curve at 4 K are affected by discrete electronic states in the grain.
