14.A PlasmaTherm reactive ion etcher was used with an oxygen flow rate of and pressure of 30 mTorr at 100 V. The stamp was first exposed to the oxygen plasma for 4 min. The substrate was then placed in the chamber, and both the stamp and substrate were oxidized for an additional 5 s.
