The normal incidence photovoltaic spectral responses of device C at 300 K (dashed) and 78 K (solid). Both spectral responses were measured using a FTIR with a quartz source and a beam splitter. The ripple features are due to a Fabry-Pérot cavity ( thick) formed in normal direction by the epitaxial layers between the substrate and the top surface. The noisy features around 2.6 and originate from the atmospheric absorption.
