The number of protofibrils per fiber section is reported at different values of the concentration. Single biased exponential fitting function (solid line) shows asymptotic value of about 1.5 protofibrils. The mass fractal dimension (see inset), fitted by a sigmoid (Boltzman function solid line), increases from an initial plateau up to a saturation value .
