PL spectra of -containing specimens, A and C, measured before and after the irradiation followed by annealing in air at for , respectively. The PL spectra were taken from the irradiated surface, C, and the nonirradiated surface, D, of the same specimen. The PL spectrum in the as-irradiated state was also indicated by B. The scales of A, B, and D are enlarged by 10 times so as to fit the scale of C. The dose was .
