The optical emission spectra from two hydrogen-implanted samples which were subsequently annealed in nitrogen at . Both the Zn- and O-polar faces of the samples were implanted with hydrogen ions and the emissions from both polar faces are shown. They are also shown for the two spectral regions reported in the text (main spectrum together with inset spectrum).

Again, both the Zn- and O polar faces of the samples were implanted with zinc and the emission spectra from both polar faces are shown for two spectral regions, as in Fig. 1 (main spectrum plus an inset spectrum).
