Pretilt angle of NLC on SiC alignment layer with various compositions. The IB irradiation direction was changed from 45° to 80° so that the pretilt angle was changed from 67° to 90° with various IB directions. The pretilt angle was measured by modified crystal rotation method using PAMS series (Sesim Photonics Technology, Korea).
