(Color online) In (a), a combination of two of the proposed Josephson devices to a SQUID is shown. Since the widths of the two junctions and can be chosen independently, a 0-0, , or SQUID is viable. In (b), a larger number of the proposed Josephson devices are combined to a SQIF (six junctions are shown, more indicated by the black dots).
