Schematic diagram of combined system of a nanomechanical resonator, a superconducting Cooper-pair box, and a superconducting transmission resonator (TLR). The TLR is located below the Cooper-pair box so that the quantized voltage in the TLR is applied on the Cooper-pair box through the gate capacitance . The oscillating nanomechanical resonator is fabricated as one part of the SQUID with the blue dashed line being the equilibrium position.
