Magnetization hysteresis curves of (a) and (b) films deposited under , , 0.5, and , respectively. The inset in (a) shows the variation in and of films. The inset in (b) shows the electron concentration of the as-deposited films. Magnetic properties were performed using a superconducting quantum interference device (XL-7). The electron concentrations of the films were measured in LakeShore Hall measurement system (7704A) by using four-point Van der Pauw method.

Co -edge XAS (a) and RIXS (b) spectra of ZC1, ZC2, and ZCA samples. The XAS and RIXS spectra were performed on BL-2C beamline of Photon Factory in Japan in the total electron-yield model. The total energy resolution of the system was better than with incident slit width of the spectrometer.

The total energy differences between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic states of Co-doped and (Co, Al)-codoped ZnO with C1 and C2 configurations. The oxygen vacancy and were arranged from the nearest coordination to further coordination in C1 and C2, respectively.
