Crystal structures and lattice parameters of CRO (Ref. 6), (110) NGO (Ref. 7), and (001) LSAT (Ref. 8) substrates. The pseudocubic structure is defined in Fig. 1. The lattice mismatch between the CRO film and NGO and LSAT substrates is shown along two orthogonal directions and on average.
