The curves labeled as and were obtained from co-circularly and counter-circularly polarized pump and probe beams respectively, whereas the one labeled (−, −) was the linearly polarized pump and probe pulse. The inset was the time dependence of the difference between the reflection signals for and curve. The spin-relaxation time constant is by fitting the experimental data using a single-exponential decay. The photon energy and photo-excited carrier density are 1.494 eV and , respectively.
