(a) XRD pattern along with Rietveld refinement. The inset shows background subtracted differential scanning calorimetry measurement showing of the Eu15 sample. (b) Raman spectrum of BFO and Eu15 samples. Significant change in the intensity of modes indicates that Eu is going to Bi site and the increase in the area under curve at higher wave numbers might be due to conversion of modes into modes suggesting structural transition to the space group.
