(b) The calculated product of carrier lifetime and mobility of individual GaN NW (solid purple circles) and thin films (open purple diamonds). The effective size is defined by the values of the NW diameter and the film thickness. Three data points of thin film photoconductors are obtained from Ref. 18 (size at 1200 nm), Ref. 19 (size at 600 nm), and our work (size at 1000 nm).
