Laue diffraction pattern of the zone molten single crystal. In addition, the simulated diffraction pattern assuming symmetry and a lattice constant of 5.66 Å is represented by bright dots on the bottom of Fig. 1. The perfect matching between the measured diffraction pattern and the simulation demonstrates single crystalline nature and a high degree of order of the zone melted single crystal.
