Experimental evidence for the damping of the HHG photons/pulse as a function of . From these data different regimes can be recognized. The red and blue dots refer to the tunneling and MPI regimes, respectively, while the violet ones to the hybrid regime. The green line is the exponential fit function in the hybrid dynamical region.
