Annealing conditions and observed linewidth after a 24 h treatment of the (low) ZnO phonon Raman mode for different samples. The two series of ZnO single crystals were grown by vapor transport under relatively Zn-rich conditions, using isotopically natural materials: series B were grown under richer zinc conditions than series A.
