Frequency dependence of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss for and at room temperature.
Variation in the dielectric constant with the number of the octahedral units in and as well as Ruddlesden-Popper (◼) and Aurivillius (○) phases. Data include the bulk values of Ruddlesden-Popper with (Refs. 11 and 12) and AU with ( and ) (Refs. 13 and 14), (, , and ) (Refs. 15 and 16), (, Ref. 17), ( and ) (Ref. 18), (, , , and ) (Refs. 19 and 20), and (Ref. 20). The fitted lines are a guide for the eyes.
