10.In brief, a discharge was generated by a direct current magnetron equipped with a gold target and operated with a 20 SCCM (SCCM denotes cubic centimeter per minute at STP) Ar ow to generate the clusters. The magnetron power and chamber pressure were kept at 40 W and 10 Pa, respectively.
