Applied Physics Reviews is a review journal featuring reviews of important and current topics of experimental or theoretical research in applied physics and applications of physics to other branches of science and engineering. These articles may vary in scope and length—from comprehensive reviews covering established areas in-depth to concise reviews covering new and emerging areas of science.

Due to its success, Applied Physics Reviews is now being published independently of its parent journal Journal of Applied Physics starting January 2014.
