Estimated values of the shear modulus (in Pa) computed from Eq. (27) for different values of and . The range of values corresponds to the data reported in the paper of Laurent et al. (Ref. 17) for deep cytoskeleton structures. The two highlighted values of are very close to the lower and upper values reported in the same work for the cell cortical layer.
