The concentrations of Sn and Pb ([Sn] and [Pb]) and the concentrations of Oi and Cs before irradiation ([Oi]o and [Cs]o). aVO and aVO2 are the absorption coefficients of VO and VO2, respectively, and aVO2/aVO their ratio.
