Summary of the results of structure and Mössbauer spectroscopic study of CoFeO samples. For the paramagnetic doublet, the quadrupole splitting  = eqQ/4 (separation between two resonance lines), quadrupole splitting for magnetic sextet Δ(M) = (Δ)/4, hyperfine magnetic field ( ), isomer shift (), linewidth (), and relative areas ( ) of tetrahedral and octahedral sites of Fe ions.
