Shannon effective ionic radii (RI) and volumes (V) for selected coordination numbers (CN) and ions. Please note that A-site cations form a cubic close packing together with O (AO3) while B-site cations fill the octahedral interstices. Thus, ideally A and O should be similar in size (1.35 to 1.40 Å) while B should be .
