6.Efforts to learn the identity of the dye directly from Eastman Kodak have been unsuccessful. However, information revealed by them in the bulletin (Techbits, No. 3, 1970) and properties given by them in the literature (cf. Ref. 4) and patent (U.S. Patent 3 462 706) allow us to infer the identity.
