Low‐Temperature Behavior of a Planar Ferromagnet
1.For (J positive) the system is an easy‐axis ferromagnet while for it is an easy‐axis antiferromagnet. Properties of planar ferromagnets with single ion anisotropics of the form have been studied by Liebermann et al. [L. N. Liebermann, D. R. Fredkin, and H. Shore, Phys. Rev. Lett. 22, 539 (1969)].
1.The planar ferromagnet has some of the features of an easy‐axis ferromagnet in a strong transverse magnetic field [D. Hone, D. J. Scalapino, and R. Silberglitt, Solid State Commun. 7, 1739 (1969)].

5.The hydrodynamic result is obtained by postulating that the correlations of the fluctuations in the time derivative of the normal mode operators decay in a time τ independent of k [K. Tani, J. Phys. C 3, L50 (1970)].
