18.In Ref. 11, we deduced an expression for the effective nonlinear coefficient. However, that expression cannot be reduced to the one for periodic optical superlattices when is set to be equal to Also, the numerically calculated SHG and THG do not show the same variation tendency as the related effective nonlinear coefficients do. Therefore, according to Ref. 16, here, a prefactor has been added to that expression.
