Table I.

QE of mechanically polished Nb at 266 nm (4.66 eV) and 248 nm (5 eV) with 1-kV bias ( field), as a function of laser cleaning energy density. Each cleaning was performed with a 266-nm laser, without the bias field. The laser pulse energy used in the QE measurement is noted for each measurement.
