The normalized intensity of the photoluminescence vs time and (inset). The data were obtained at the 420 nm (2.96 eV) peak of MQWs at 10 K in Ref. 7. We find in the inset that a linear relation (solid line) is not well fitted, which indicates that the slope or is not a constant.
