The peak intensities of the two PL peaks taken using and polarization at 6 T show the opposite behavior, indicating opposite net spin polarization of excitons in the dots. The magnification of CdMnSe QDs peaks are shown in the inset.

The significant enhancement of observed for the CdZnSe QDs of the DLQD structure indicates antiferromagnetic interaction between the carrier spins localized in coupled pairs of QDs from the two layers.
