13.Note that the term “localized” here should not be confused with the polymer localization in the vicinity of defects that is considered, in particular, in Ref. 2. In this latter case, the localization occurs due to the presence of defects at any strength of the external field, while we refer to the situation where the density of polymers is enormously enhanced in the vicinity of the periodic delta peaks in the case where the external field is strong enough.
