Fe K-edge x-ray absorption spectra of Fe1.01Se at P = (a) 0.5, (b) 6.9, and (c) 52 GPa. Ticks in the Fe K-edge absorption spectra correspond to the excitation energies at which the 1s3p-resonant x-ray emission spectra were recorded. 1s3p-resonant x-ray emission spectra of polycrystalline FeSe measured at P = (d) 0.5, (e) 6.9, and (f) 52 GPa as a function of transfer energy. The resonant x-ray emission spectra are plotted from bottom to top with increasing energy of incident photons. The numbers indicated in the emission spectra correspond to the excitation energy marked in the Fe K-edge x-ray absorption spectrum. Each emission spectrum is normalized according to its maximum value.
