Positive ion mass spectrum acquired for ∼3 μA, 8 keV Ar sputtering of a piece of tellurium metal. Three isotopomers of TeH are observed as rather weak ion signals (< 100 c/s) at half-integer m/z 63.5 (assigned to TeH, label a), m/z 64.5 (TeH, label b), and m/z 65.5 (TeH, label c) and unambiguously identified by their isotopic abundance. The very intense ion signals at half integer m/z 61.5 and m/z 62.5 are due to the atomic dications Te and Te, respectively.
