9.A numerical path integral calculation of a two level system interacting with a phonon bath (Ref. 10) showed similar behavior to the infrared divergent case. However these authors looked at a one dimensional phonon bath with coupling constant at low frequency which also exhibits the infrared divergence. This should be absent in the three‐dimensional calculation.
