19.In Ref. 1, it was pointed out that although the molecular beam studies produced no evidence of scattering in the forward direction, one cannot be certain that this is a definitive experimental result because it is difficult to extract center‐of‐mass angular distributions for center‐of‐mass angles corresponding to laboratory angles near the F beam.
