FIG. 2.

Contour plots for a cylindrical nebulon via Solution(11) of Eq. (1), for the electrostatic potential in such cosmic dusty plasmas as those in the supernova shells, the typical parameters characteristic of which are and (derived from the available data presented in Refs. 9, 16, and 17). Other parameters and functions chosen as , , , , and with and as given in Eq. (1). The values of time used for the three cartoon plots are , 220, 420 from left to right.

FIG. 3.

The left graph is the same as the left one in Fig. 2, for the purpose of a better understanding of the contour plots. The middle graph depicts the birth-period time evolution surface of the nebulon of Fig. 2 along the axis, with but varies. In comparison, the right graph presents the time evolution surface of another nebulon in such cosmic dusty plasmas as those in Saturn’s F-ring, the typical parameters characteristic of which are and (derived from the available data presented in Refs. 9, 16, and 17). Other parameters and functions chosen as , , , , , , and with and as given in Eq. (1).
