A vacuum photographic plate chamber of large capacity is described. It is of simple mechanical design but permits complete control of plate position. A feature of the apparatus is the use of a vacuum seal developed by Wilson.
The purpose of this paper is to outline the conversion or translation of rate of fluid flows into movements, or, in simpler language—how to design a flow meter or flow indicator for fluid flows.
