Example of data from a capsule implosion observed with a twin crystal/twin MCP spectrometer. The TREX5a data were obtained with one crystal/MCP and TREX5b was obtained from the other. The axis in this figure corresponds to the wavelength direction and the axis within each of the time-gated frames corresponds to the spatial coordinate within the plasma. Representative He-like and H-like Ar lines are identified. The dark blotch on the TREX5a data was caused by a light leak.
